It is not necessary to call every time to customer care support center for any of the small problem. So i am going to explain a little about What is USSD Codes.
USSD ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data ) Codes, also called as “Feature codes” or “Quick Codes”. USSD messages are upto 182 characters long.
When any of the user sends message to phone company network, it is received by the computer dedicated to USSD; In Response computer sent back a msg to phone, normally in a basic format that can easily be seen on phone’s display. Each network operator can do changes whatever is best for their consumers because messages sent over USSD are not defined by standardization body.
