I the, under named Mr. Vinayak Narayan Patil draw your attention that i am having landline BSNL number 02302407105 in near by Kolhapur city of Maharashtra state since so many years but my above number was completely dead in this month for continuous fifteen days.I have give complaints many times but your staffs are very lazy and have more negligence. have already applied to disconnect my BSNL Phone No. (STD Code 0755) 2485252 on 15th June 2018 (copy enclosed here with), but the bill of the same Phone line is again raised by you. I will Not pay any money after 15 June 2018. It is your duty to disconnect the phone line after the receiving the request from the customer. You are again requested to return my security deposit and raised Bill up to the date of disconnection memo i.e. 15.06.18.
The attitude of BSNL management and its customer care is not appreciable regarding the above matter till date from the from the date of disconnection memo.
It is very sad to say that due to this attitude, I am compelled to stop the use of other services of BSNL

My landline number 01352752660 has not been working for past one week. I had registered an online complaint for the same on 26th July 2018 after which i received a message from BSNL giving me a contact number of your staff to attend to my complaint.
The number provided to me was 7579249853 of Sh. Kunwar Singh. On contacting i was informed that Sh. Kunwar Singh had already retired from the services long time back.
I had called the service center and informed about my problem but till today nothing has been done as such. I am highly disappointed by your services and if the problem persists i would have to rethink on my decision to continue with the services.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Looking forward for a positive reply.

I have an landline number of BSNL 2245511.i have put it in safes custudy .As guide by sec 6 BSNL S.D.O but he miss guided me.THEY PROMISED TO ME SHIFT MY LANDLINE sec -3 to sec-64 ballabghar but when i talked about shifting my landline they refuse to shift it and the bill is increasing month by month.So install my landline number in sec 64 otherwise disconnected and my security amount should be refunded to me.
