Airtel launched mCommerce platform named Airtel Money with collaboration of Infosys and SmartTrust ( now Giesecke & Devrient ). Airtel Money was launched on 5th April 2012, at headquarters of Infosys’in Bangalore city. With the help of Airtel Money users can pay bill, transfer money and do other financial transactions directly on mobile phones. It has an all-India presence. Some charges are applicable in per Airtel Money transaction.

How to register for Airtel Money
1. Dial *400#
Enter your name and Date of Birth > Choose Mpin
2. Load Cash
Go to any Airtel Relationship Center or nearst airtel money outlets
You can also load cash online via credit / debit card, net banking
3. Start using it

Level 1 Support

Level 2 Support
Level 1 team promises to resolve complaints within 7 days.
In any case if you are not satisfied with the response of level 1 team within 8 days of complaint register, Grievance Officer will resolve the issue within 10 days of receipt. ( 9:30 to 6:30 pm except on national holidays ).
Please provide complaint number, date of complaint to 400, account number and details of complaint.

Level 3 Support
If your complaint still not resolved, within 30 days of complaint register at level 2, you can approach the Department of Payments & Settlement System ( DPSS ) of the RBI:
